Lamastus Family Estates
Lamastus Family Estates in Panama is a coffee farm group founded in 1918 by Robert Lamastus and operates three farms: Elida Estate, El Burro Estate, and Luito Estate.
Elida Estate, among them, spans the ecological conservation area of the World Heritage site Volkanbaru National Park, making it ideal for producing high-quality coffee, including rich volcanic soil, high altitude, unique microclimate, night-day temperature differences, and natural rainforests.
PANAMA
The Boquete area is Panama's oldest coffee producing area and the best known to us.Today, along with Bokete, the Volcan region in the southwest of Baru volcano is also famous for its good quality coffee, and both have unique climates and ideal conditions for coffee cultivation with the volcanic ash soil of Baru volcano.Nevertheless, Panama has long failed to make a special presence in the global coffee market with very little coffee production. The same was true of the geisha breed that the world is now enthusiastic about.
This coffee is ASD Natural processed.
ASD is Anaerobic Slow Dry,
(A) At the same time as blocking oxygen, it is also sealed so that carbon dioxide generated during cherry fermentation is not released.
It was fermented for 6 days and dried slowly in an African bed for 30 days (SD).
Elida Estate's ASD processing has made the fruit's aroma and sweetness clearer.
